Where does my order ship from? Orders ship from Minnesota.

What is your shipping timeline? We ship standard orders within 1-2 business days.  Custom or personalized orders will ship out after no more than 5 business days.  This gives us time to create and package the order.  Shipments generally go out via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.  Please allow a day or two for tracking information to update.  

Is the jewelry lead free?  All jewelry sold by Calico + Crane is lead free.  

What’s your jewelry making process?  If an item in our shop has a hands-on component, it is tagged as handmade.  Depending on the specific item, the process may include any or all of the following:  designing, cutting, pounding, stamping, bending, shaping, and/or polishing; assembling; soldering; applying enamel or other treatments.

How do I find your handmade jewelry?  Go to Calicoandcrane.com Enter the term “handmade” in the search bar.
